I am a computer services consultant with over twenty five years of experience.
Originally from California’s Silicon Valley, I was a systems administrator for Santa Clara based Tier One internet service provider Conxion, before proceeding onward to build an onsite computer services business in Northwest Florida, and now in Southeast Wisconsin.
I am very customer focused, aiming to clearly understand the nature of the computer problem or implementation need from you first, and then approach the goal of resolution with your objectives carefully in mind.
I am very detailed and thorough in my assessment and service procedures, and I seek to inform you about the process involved using common, everyday, understandable language. I love to teach you about computers to whatever degree you have interest!
